Early Morning Replenishment Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Early Morning Replenishment Team Member to join our team at Michaels. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a well-merchandised store, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide friendly and personalized customer service to all customers
- Maintain a well-merchandised store, including stocking shelves, facing merchandise, and recovering the sales floor
- Unload trucks, stock merchandise, and maintain store recovery standards
- Assist customers with finding products, answering questions, and resolving issues
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve store goals and objectives
- Previous retail or customer service experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
