Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and service-minded individual to join our Bistro team as a Food Service Associate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving our menu items, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide warm and welcoming service to our customers, answering questions and making recommendations on our menu items.
- Prepare and serve our menu items, including specialty smoothies and juices, to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to our 'clean as you go' method.
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless service and a positive customer experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service environment, preferably in the food industry.
- Passion for food and a willingness to learn about our menu items and ingredients.
- Flexibility and ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and friendly demeanor.
