  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Support various teams with pricing insights regulatory filings and product updates.
  • Reinsurance Oversight: Negotiate favorable terms for reinsurance while providing industry insights to the organization.
  • Talent Development: Mentor and empower actuarial staff fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Fellowship in the Canadian Institute of Actuaries and the Society of Actuaries with at least 5 years of post-Fellowship experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in Moody's AXIS Microsoft Excel and strong analytical capabilities.
  • Broad knowledge of life insurance products and regulations in the U.S. and Canada.
  • A collaborative spirit with a knack for building strong relationships across departments.

Compensation:

We offer a highly competitive salary range of $150,000 - $200,000 per year based on experience plus benefits including health dental vision and 401(k) matching.
