Salary Range


We offer a competitive salary range of $25,000 - $35,000 per year, depending on location and experience.


Key Responsibilities


As a Sales Associate - Brand Ambassador, you will:



  • Maintain a welcoming and engaging store environment
  • Support Store Management Team in generating sales and conducting housekeeping
  • Assist with merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations, and loss prevention
  • Foster a positive customer experience through exceptional Guest Services
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to store performance

Requirements


To succeed in this role, you will need:



  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum age of 17
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for 8 hours
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
