Job Title: Home Health Care Worker

Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Health Care Worker to join our team at Aggio Family. As a Home Health Care Worker, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients in their homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Provide companionship and engage clients in regular exercise, such as walking.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals to clients.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience or equivalent experience.
  • Non-smoking work site environment.
  • Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis.
  • Employer's home.

Work Environment: Our clients reside in a non-smoking environment, and we offer optional accommodation at no charge on a live-in basis.

Security and Safety: A criminal record check is required for this position.

Personal Suitability: We are looking for a candidate with punctuality, client focus, dependability, flexibility, initiative, and reliability.

Work Term: Permanent

Work Language: English

Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
