About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Grocery Store Supervisor to join our team at M&A O'Connor Holdings Inc. Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and train a team of grocery department staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient store operations.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Inventory Management
    • Oversee inventory levels, stockroom organization, and merchandise presentation to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
    • Monitor and control inventory shrinkage, ensuring accurate stock counts and minimizing losses.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Ensure a positive shopping experience, maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Operational Efficiency
    • Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends and opportunities to drive sales growth.

Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 5 years or more of experience in a retail or grocery store environment.
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
    • Proficiency in MS Outlook and other relevant software applications.
