Grocery Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Grocery Store Supervisor to join our team at Mike & Andreea's NoFrills. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our grocery department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our grocery department staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Ensure that our store is well-stocked and visually appealing, with a focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction, including analyzing sales data and making recommendations for product placement and promotions.
- Collaborate with our buying team to select and purchase products that meet the needs of our customers and align with our store's brand and values.
- Manage our store's inventory levels, including ordering and receiving products, and ensuring that we have the right products in stock at the right time.
- 5+ years of experience in a retail or grocery store environment, with a proven track record of success in a supervisory or management role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire our team members to deliver exceptional results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions about product placement and promotions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.
