About the Role:

  • Oversee complex Biostatistics projects with significant impact on the company's success.
  • Develop and present proposals for research initiatives, contributing to proposal defense meetings and marketing presentations.
  • Mentor and guide team members to enhance their skills and expertise.

Your Profile:

  • Possess a Master's degree in Statistics or Biostatistics, coupled with relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a Ph.D. in Statistics or Biostatistics.
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of clinical trials methodology, regulatory requirements, statistics, and statistical software packages, including SAS.
  • Have experience working on Oncology and/or Vaccines projects.
  • Showcase your ability to translate client needs into practical statistical solutions and educate clients on statistical best practices.
  • Experience in leading regulatory submissions is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with CDISC Standards, such as ADaM/SDTM, is essential.
