Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at La Voyager Inc. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food is prepared to the highest standards.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Address customer complaints or concerns, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for future planning.
- Prepare and submit reports, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a food service or related role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
