Emergency Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Emergency Nurse to join our team at Northern Health Authority. As an Emergency Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess and manage patients with a wide range of medical conditions, from non-urgent to life-threatening.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest emergency nursing practices and technologies.
- Current registration with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN registrant.
- Two years' recent experience working in a tertiary care Emergency Department and/or two years' recent medical/surgical experience.
- Completion of an approved post-basic emergency nursing specialty program or equivalent training and experience may be considered.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACL) for Emergency room.
