About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Sidecut Server Assistant to join our dynamic team at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Anticipate and meet the needs of our guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
  • Support our servers by delivering food and beverages, refilling drinks, clearing tables, and resetting.
  • Serve and clear all food and beverage items with a focus on exceptional service and attention to detail.
  • Complete opening and closing side-work as assigned, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Set all tables according to our high standards, ensuring a welcoming and inviting atmosphere.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our menu, including food and beverage options, and be able to describe items to guests.
  • Monitor overall restaurant cleanliness, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our guests and team members.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in food and beverage, preferably in a fine-dining environment.
  • Solid knowledge of food and beverage products, including wine.
  • Strong command of the English language.
  • Excellent commitment to service and teamwork.
  • Ability to obtain a Serving It Right certificate.
  • Ability to work in Canada.
