Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at GP Liquor Warehouse. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information as required.
  • Office Administration: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Word and MS Office.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail and strong organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be flexible, organized, and reliable.
