We are seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team at Arrow Transportation Systems Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and driving straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials. They will also oversee the condition of the vehicle, inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment. Additionally, they will perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections and oversee all aspects of the vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials
  • Oversee the condition of the vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment
  • Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections and oversee all aspects of the vehicle
  • Coach colleagues on new methods or work techniques
  • Mountain driving expertise
  • Load and unload goods
  • Obtain special permits and other documents required to transport cargo on international routes
  • Pay and receive payments for goods
  • Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled, and fuel consumption
  • Tarping and ensuring safety and security of cargo
