**About the Role**

The Store Manager position at Michael Hill is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused individual to lead our retail team and drive sales growth. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging customer experience, managing a team of sales associates, and achieving sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase customer engagement.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Collaborate with the regional and national retail management teams to achieve business objectives.
