Division Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Division Manager to join our team at Nature's Fare Markets. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our department, ensuring a clean and well-stocked environment, and working closely with our Corporate Purchaser to maximize sales and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of department staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and a positive working environment.
- Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with our Corporate Purchaser to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and implement changes to drive sales and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
- Provide coaching and training to department staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a management role, preferably in a retail or food industry setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and control systems, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
