Job Title: Construction Maintenance Worker

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Construction Maintenance Worker to join our team at Chacha G Construction Ltd. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sweeping and Mopping: Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
  • Waste Management: Empty trash cans and other waste containers, and operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse.
  • Window and Surface Cleaning: Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Repairs and Maintenance: Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment, and perform safety and security checks to ensure a secure working environment.
  • Heavy Lifting and Moving: Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Additional Tasks: Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair, and clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
