Job Title: Construction Maintenance Worker

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Construction Maintenance Worker to join our team at Chacha G Construction Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our construction sites, ensuring a safe and healthy working environment for our employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs; operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, and debris; empty trash cans and other waste containers; wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings.
  • Task Management: Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment; perform safety and security checks; move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies; perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair.
  • Experience: Will train; permanent position; 35-40 hours per week; English language; flexible schedule.
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor.
