About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to join our team at HD Protective Services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational management of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership
    • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve our goals and objectives.
    • Establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and partners.
  • Operational Management
    • Oversee the allocation of resources, including budgeting and financial management.
    • Authorize and organize the establishment of new departments and senior staff positions.
    • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Human Resources
    • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to ensure the success of our organization.
    • Delegate authority and create optimum working conditions to support the growth and development of our team.
  • Communication and Representation
    • Represent HD Protective Services in negotiations, official functions, and other external activities.
    • Delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization as needed.
  • Supervision and Team Management
    • Supervise a team of more than 20 people to ensure the successful execution of our organizational goals.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge
    • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Word.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Suitability
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Flexibility, organization, and teamwork are essential qualities for this role.
    • Initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving are highly valued.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a senior management position.
  • $100,001 - $500,000 budgetary responsibility.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 40 hours per week work schedule.
