Job Title: Manufacturing Manager

Simply MRI Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our manufacturing department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement production schedules to ensure efficient use of resources and meet customer demands.
  • Evaluate and improve daily operations to optimize productivity and quality.
  • Manage inventory levels to prevent shortages and minimize waste.
  • Plan and organize daily operations to meet production targets.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to ensure accurate production.
  • Develop and implement equipment maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
  • Direct quality control inspections to ensure high-quality products.
  • Supervise and train employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Plan and implement changes to machinery and equipment, production systems, and methods of work to improve efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP education.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Reliability and ability to work as part of a team.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in an urban area in the manufacturing or processing industry. The work environment will be fast-paced with tight deadlines and a large workload.
