Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Manager to join our team at Simply MRI Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our manufacturing facility, ensuring efficient production schedules, and maintaining a high level of quality control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resource allocation.
  • Evaluate and improve daily operations to increase productivity and reduce costs.
  • Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products to prevent shortages and overstocking.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including equipment maintenance and quality control inspections.
  • Direct and train employees in the use of new equipment and production techniques.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including tracking and reporting on stock levels.
  • Plan and implement changes to machinery and equipment, production systems, and methods of work to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage the establishment of departmental budgets and ensure compliance with company financial policies.
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a manufacturing environment with a large workload and tight deadlines. The ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and management is essential.

Language

The primary language of work is English.

Hours of Work

The successful candidate will be required to work 40 hours per week.
