Program Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Director to lead our team at The Little Gym. As a Program Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our programs, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement new programs and curriculum to meet the needs of our members
- Train and evaluate staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality programs
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of programs and services
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
- Background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
