About The Little Gym
The Little Gym is a global enrichment and physical development center for kids 4 months through 12 years. For over four decades, we have helped millions of kids experience the thrill of achievement, develop new skills, and find new confidence through a variety of gymnastics-based programs.
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Director to join our team. As a Program Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the full breadth of our programs to ensure the extremely high standards of The Little Gym International are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee training and evaluation of fellow team members
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure high-quality delivery of our programs
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service to our members and their families
Requirements
- Background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Passion for working with children and families
