We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Parking Attendant to join our team at the Davisville Centre location. As a Parking Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our parking facility, providing exceptional service to our customers, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and Assist Customers: Greet arriving and departing customers in a friendly and courteous manner, providing assistance with parking and answering any questions they may have.
  • Traffic Control: Act as a traffic controller to direct incoming customers to available parking spaces, ensuring a smooth flow of traffic.
  • Vehicle Counts and Facility Maintenance: Perform vehicle counts on location throughout the shift to ensure the garage does not overfill available spaces, and assist in the maintenance and repair of parking equipment as needed.
  • Enforcement of Parking Policies: Perform daily patrols and issue violation warnings to customers who violate parking policies, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all.
  • Customer Service and Communication: Use respectful communication to assist customers with their questions, problems, and concerns, and relay information to management as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Age: At least 18 years of age
  • Cash Handling: Ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Communication Skills: Excellent customer service and communication skills
