Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Security Leader to join our team at Royal Bank of Canada. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing RBC's Duty of Care and Duty of Warn for all employees globally.

The ideal candidate will have experience in incident management, security policy development, and risk mitigation. You will be responsible for providing subject matter expert advice and security guidance to management at all levels. Additionally, you will support the design, implementation, and management of security policies, programs, and resources across the globe.

Responsibilities
  • Manage security incidents across the organization, including key programs such as robbery, active shooter, kidnap, hostage & extortion, workplace violence, aggressive & abusive individuals.
  • Responsible for the management of all Duty of Care/Duty to Warn incidents globally and implement risk mitigation components.
  • Develop and deliver employee security training programs globally.
  • Identify, implement, and maintain security practices, policies, and training.
  • Provide input and regional components into appropriate standards for crisis preparedness related to employee security incidents.
  • Identify gaps and provide recommendations to senior management teams on matters related to security and crisis response.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on location and experience.
