Head Chef and Kitchen Manager

We are seeking an experienced Head Chef and Kitchen Manager to join our team at BC LTD. This is a permanent full-time position with a salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a kitchen management role and possess excellent leadership skills. As a Head Chef and Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including supervising kitchen staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
- Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment inventory
- Clean and maintain kitchen and work areas to meet health and safety standards
- Develop and implement new menu items and recipes to increase customer satisfaction
- Manage kitchen budget and expenses to ensure efficiency and profitability
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a kitchen management role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions
