Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will analyze business needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborate with stakeholders to develop solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop business cases and support the creation of concepts for enterprise solutions, infrastructure, and OT systems.
  • Document and prioritize demands from stakeholders, ensuring transparency on dependencies and system landscape.
  • Prepare business plans, proposals, and cost-benefit analyses to support new solutions.
  • Act as a liaison between business functions, IT/OT, project management, and service management teams.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the organization's system landscape, identifying opportunities for integration and optimization.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of business processes, systems, and technology landscape.
  • Demand management, business planning, and system landscape analysis experience.
  • Knowledge of ITSM & ITIL.
  • Project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Experience with Enterprise Solutions, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and OT systems is an asset.
