Your Opportunity:
This position plays a vital role in the Recreation Therapy department at Alberta Health Services.
Description:
As a Therapy Aide, you will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to deliver rehabilitation services. Your responsibilities may include administrative tasks such as ordering supplies, scheduling clients, tracking attendance, and maintaining equipment inventory. Under the guidance of a supervising recreation therapist, physiotherapist, occupational therapist, audiologist, or speech language pathologist, you will assist with preparing and applying routine interventions, promoting patient independence, and motivating clients to participate in therapy protocols or programs.
Required Qualifications:
Completion of Grade 12.
