**Compensation and Benefits**

We offer an estimated hourly rate of $17.20 - $18.20 per hour.*

*This represents the expected hiring range and may not represent the full pay range for the position.

The pay rate offered may be higher than the posted range depending on several factors such as relevant skills, experience, and local labor market demands.


**Job Description**

As a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate, you'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment, providing exceptional customer service and supporting store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers in a friendly manner, answer questions regarding merchandise items, prices, and brands, and provide information on promotions, policies, and events.
  • Process daily shipments, organize, and set up the warehouse area, ensuring all merchandise is received, processed, and presentation standards are maintained.
  • Demonstrate high customer service while processing refunds, exchanges, and purchases in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Assist with Fitting Room duties, ensuring counter areas are clean, organized, and supplied, and assist customer inquiries.


**Requirements and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school education or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent customer service, communication (verbal and written), and time management skills.
  • The ability to set up and maintain a warehouse environment.
