Retail Store Manager Position

NH124 VARIETY is seeking a skilled Retail Store Supervisor to oversee daily store operations and lead a team of sales associates. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing inventory, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:- Hire, train, and develop a team of sales associates to ensure they possess the necessary skills to provide excellent customer service
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering merchandise, authorizing returns, and maintaining an organized stockroom
- Establish and manage work schedules to meet business needs and ensure adequate staffing levels during peak periods
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure seamless store operations
- Prepare sales reports, monitoring sales volumes, merchandising performance, and personnel matters to inform business decisions
- Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise, utilizing effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Organize and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in retail management or a related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth
- Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and maneuver merchandise as needed
- Accurate and efficient in all aspects of work

- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
$40,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications
