Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Powell River Chevron. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of retail staff to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
- Merchandise Management: Authorize returns, manage inventory, and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
- Sales and Reporting: Meet or exceed sales targets, prepare sales reports, and analyze data to inform business decisions.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints, provide excellent customer service, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Store Operations: Establish work schedules, supervise staff, and maintain a safe and secure store environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work 32 hours per week
