Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 0639503 BC Ltd. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Manage Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to improve store performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience an asset, or equivalent experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
