Requirements:
- Experience: Prior experience as a Dealership or Aftermarket Parts Advisor is essential, with a strong understanding of automotive parts, their functions, and compatibility.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure a positive customer experience, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Industry Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of automotive products, including their features, benefits, and applications.
- Background Check: Successful applicants must undergo a background check, and a clean driver's abstract is required.
- Preferred: Experience with CDK systems and a strong understanding of dealership operations.
