Qualifications/Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to self-manage and work independently
- Strong understanding of popular social media platforms
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and product promotion
- Mentor and empower new team members
- Conduct structured interviews to unearth top talent
- Engage in daily global training sessions to stay ahead of industry trends
