Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Spades Tactical is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and search engine optimization (SEO).
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of marketing materials, including brochures, reports, and newsletters.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, social media, and email marketing.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
