Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Hair Stylist to join our team at Life Time. As a key member of our salon team, you will provide exceptional hair services and treatments that exceed our guests' expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality haircuts, color services, and other treatments that meet our guests' needs and exceed their expectations
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest hair trends and techniques to provide expert advice and recommendations to our guests
  • Work closely with our sales team to promote LifeSpa and Salon products and services
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our salon standards
  • Continuously develop your skills and knowledge to stay current in the industry

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Cosmetology license in the state where you will be working
  • 1-3 years of experience as a hairstylist
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a professional salon environment
  • Knowledge of Salon Biz software
