We are seeking a skilled Hair Stylist to join our team at Life Time. As a Hairstylist, you will provide exceptional hair services and treatments that exceed our guests' expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized hair services, including haircuts, coloring, and styling, to meet the needs of our guests
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest hair trends and techniques to provide expert advice and recommendations
  • Promote Life Time's products and services to enhance the guest experience
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to salon standards
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Cosmetology license in the state where work is performed
  • 1-3 years of experience as a hairstylist
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a professional salon environment
  • Knowledge of Salon Biz software
