Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Childcare Professional, working in a supportive and collaborative environment that emphasizes the importance of early childhood education. As a Childcare Professional, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of our daycare center, providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-12 years.


Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and implement engaging educational activities, considering individual child needs and developmental stages.
  • Bathe, diaper, and feed infants and toddlers with utmost care and attention.
  • Order supplies and equipment essential for daily operations, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of child progress and submit observations to Early Childhood Educators or supervisors, upholding confidentiality standards.
  • Perform light cleaning duties to maintain a clean and hygienic environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • An Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably within the early childhood education sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and parents.
  • The ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • A strong commitment to providing high-quality care and education, adhering to established standards and guidelines.
