Bambinos Bilingual Montessori Daycare is seeking an experienced Childcare Educator to join our team in a permanent, full-time capacity. The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year.

About the Role

We are looking for a qualified and enthusiastic Early Childhood Professional to work with children aged 0-12 years old in our child care centre located in an urban area. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality childcare services that cater to the diverse needs of our children and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging child-care programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Assist early childhood educators in carrying out programs that support the overall well-being of children.
  • Bathe, diaper, and feed infants and toddlers while maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Prepare snacks and arrange rooms or furniture for lunch and rest periods.
  • Establish guidelines for behaviour and maintain collaborative relationships with co-workers and community service providers working with children.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A College/CEGEP diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • At least one year of experience working in a child care setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • First Aid and CPR certification.
