About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) Manager to lead our site's safety initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all safety, health, and environmental programs, processes, and activities to maintain a compliant and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Safety Management: Develop and implement local safety management systems, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Incident Management: Lead incident investigations, develop corrective and preventive actions, and drive performance improvements.
- Audit and Inspection: Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Training and Development: Provide guidance on health and safety regulations, develop training programs, and promote a positive SHE culture.
- Emergency Response: Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures.
Requirements
- Education: Master's degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent industrial experience.
- Qualifications: Relevant qualifications required by local regulatory authorities.
- Skills: Project management skills, internal auditor or ISO auditor qualification, experience with Lean/TPM tools, and proficiency in English.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or OSHSAS 18001 standards.
