We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
The Senior Treasury Finance Specialist will be responsible for:
- Managing daily cash flows and ensuring adequate short-term funding requirements are met.
- Coordinating with regions to open bank accounts, update authorized signatures, and troubleshoot payment/bank issues.
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with banks, financial institutions, and internal business partners.
- Preparing routine reporting on treasury risk exposures and evaluating opportunities for optimization of cash and investments.
- Supporting the Director, FP&A & Treasury, in ad-hoc finance, treasury, and capital markets projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 5+ years of post-graduation work experience, with 2 years minimum treasury and cash management experience.
- Strong financial systems experience, preferably with JDE.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and the ability to automate processes.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
