Exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional to lead business development efforts in the mining industry across Western Canada and the Western US.

We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Representative with expertise in mining and mineral processing to join our team as a key contributor to the growth of our wear-resistant and engineered products for comminution circuits.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of comminution circuits and mineral processing systems, with a proven ability to close new business and develop long-term customer relationships.

A successful technical sales representative in this role will:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow business in mining, oil sands, and cement industries.
  • Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers at EPC firms, maintenance teams, and production operations.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and proposal creation to contract negotiation and post-sale support.
  • Conduct regular travel to engage with clients, deliver presentations, and support project implementation.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while providing technical solutions to customer challenges.

We estimate the salary range for this position to be between $100,000 and $150,000 per year, depending on experience. This is a remote role that involves regular travel within the territory to build client relationships and drive sales.
