Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Business Transformation Summer Analyst to join our Capital Markets team in Toronto. This exciting opportunity will provide you with the chance to work on high-profile projects, develop your skills, and gain valuable experience in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain project artifacts, meeting materials, reports, and status updates to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project schedules, deliverables, and milestones to ensure timely completion and alignment with business objectives.
  • Assist with communications and tracking action items to closure, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and teams.
  • Develop relationships and coordinate across teams to facilitate project execution, driving collaborative efforts towards common goals.
  • Contribute ideas and concerns, escalating issues for resolution to ensure smooth project delivery.
Requirements
  • General knowledge of the Financial Services industry, including key concepts, trends, and challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling effective interaction with project managers, team members, and senior business stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail, to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, and Excel, as well as SharePoint usage and development.
