We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Northern Health Authority. As a Registered Nurse in Ambulatory Care, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a variety of clinical settings.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate client care in accordance with established standards and protocols.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure client-centered care and effective communication.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and research in Ambulatory Care.
- Graduation from an approved School of Nursing.
- Registration with BC College of Nurse and Midwives as a practicing RN registrant (BCCNM).
- Advanced preparation in the clinical specialty of the assigned area as required by the position.
- Experience in Ambulatory Care or a related clinical setting.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to nursing practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
