Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
- Registration with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN registrant
