Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at Hawk Property Developments Inc. The successful candidate will assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs, as well as demolishing buildings and removing rubble and debris from construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Assist in demolishing buildings
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Operate various equipment and machinery, including reciprocating saws, circular saws, chippers, jackhammers, air compressors, air guns, nail guns, drills, and small front end loaders
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Meet physical demands of the job, including handling heavy loads and working in a physically demanding environment
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in construction labouring
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Personal protective equipment (PPE) training
  • Construction Safety Training Systems (CSTS) Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Valid driver's licence and own vehicle
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively
