Key Responsibilities
  • Supervision and Coordination
    • Supervise and coordinate the work of other administrative staff members to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
  • Scheduling and Organization
    • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Organize and maintain accurate records, files, and databases to ensure easy access to information.
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Answer and respond to telephone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to senior staff members, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.

Requirements
  • Education

  • Experience
