Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to join our Intelligence Global Business Area. This role will support the contract governance function and lead commercial, contractual, and technical interpretation on contract terms and conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain robust Contract Lifecycle Management processes for the Intelligence GBA, ensuring alignment with all Arcadis corporate functions.
  • Lead the collaboration with the technology and growth teams to ensure Arcadis continues to provide best-in-class products to our clients in an efficient and scalable manner.
  • Recognize the value and benefits that CLM activities bring and drive the implementation of effective checks and balances in a centralized manner.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in commercial management or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in commercial, risk, and legal negotiation of complex digital product projects.
  • Proven track record in successful project execution/negotiation, including financial performance, technical compliance, and client engagement.
  • High level of intellectual, professional, and interpersonal agility and flexibility.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate at all levels of the organization, particularly with senior levels.
