Key Responsibilities:
- Manage entire sales process from prospecting through close
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Utilize sales software and tools to drive sales efficiency and effectiveness
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements:
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience (outside and/or inside)
- Demonstrated success in a sales position with territory responsibility
- Consultative sales approach with strong organizational, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple sales priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a passion for hitting targets and driving sales growth
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
What We Offer:
- $65,000 to $80,000 base salary + performance bonuses
- Monday to Friday schedule with up to 3 weeks vacation
