Job Summary
We're seeking a resourceful Social Media & Community Manager to help tell our story by creating engaging content, growing our community, and collaborating with our team. If you're a creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and a knack for social media, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies that showcase our products, brand, and community stories.
- Manage and produce content on Instagram and TikTok, ensuring a consistent and engaging feed.
- Collaborate with our team to create a cohesive brand and creative direction.
- Engage with our community, responding to comments and DMs, and ensuring our audience is taken care of.
- Manage influencer marketing initiatives and outreach to grow our community.
- Analyze metrics and provide insights and recommendations to inform our social media strategy.
- Oversee marketing administration, including our marketing calendar and vendor management.
Requirements
- Experience working in the South Asian community or with a South Asian brand is a plus.
- Proven track record of managing and executing social media campaigns in the DTC space.
- Strong content creation and visual storytelling skills.
- Comfortable being in front of the camera and creating engaging content.
- Technical savvy with photography, design, and graphic skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary range of $55,000 to $65,000 per year.
- 15 days of vacation.
