Job Description
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with Indigo's brand pillars and drives engagement, growth, and revenue. This includes creating and curating high-quality content, managing social media campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to inform future strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, foster engagement, and drive growth across various platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure social media efforts complement and amplify broader marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze content performance across platforms, using advanced tools to transform data into actionable insights.
- Regularly generate detailed reports on social media metrics, highlighting engagement rates, reach, conversions, and other critical performance indicators.
- Remain abreast of industry trends, emerging platforms, and innovative tools to identify and seize new opportunities proactively.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in social media, with a proven track record of success in driving data-based results.
- 2+ years of experience managing direct reports, with a strong ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or a combination of education and work experience deemed equivalent.
- Experience with content creation, planning, and media scheduling, as well as proficiency in Adobe Pro, Canva, Later, and Figma.
